In the long run, they will be able to adhere with their practice of self discipline and when they go out of the prison, they will be less likely to commit the same mistakes again.

The building is structured in such a way that there be interaction a room for betterment. Not like the previous designs which totally isolates the detainee, leaving him there to deal with his own loneliness.
